The UEFA EURO 2024 set completely new requirements for the hospitality experience in the VIP area. For the first time, UEFA awarded the hospitality rights for a major event to the joint venture HE24. With ticket prices ranging from over 3,000 euros to a million euros for a private box, guests' expectations were enormous. They wanted more than just excellent service – they wanted a unique experience. This is where we came into play and were allowed to design the hospitality experience for the entire European Championship. Instead of simply optimizing traditional service standards, we developed an entirely new strategic direction that made the service itself a story: “Let’s Create Fan Stories.”

To convey our vision to over 7,500 employees, we designed a customized digital platform. This web app was specifically developed for the tournament and was intended to ensure that each individual employee internalized the philosophy. With interactive, playful modules, all team members were able to independently train and get certified – a completely new approach for large events of this kind. But the app was more than just a training tool: It not only conveyed processes and service standards but also embodied the philosophy 'Create Fan Stories' in every detail.
